Exam periods often generate anxiety, a loss of focus, or difficulty concentrating. The goal of this workshop is not to foster wishful thinking ("everything will be fine"), but to provide your teenager with a concrete, repeatable, and remarkably effective physiological and mental protocol.
Based on proven mental preparation and neuroscience techniques, this workshop led by Vanessa will teach young people how to modify their internal state on command to approach their challenges with stability and clarity.
