The four wings of the cloister showcase works created by Luxembourg artist Aurélie d’Incau and Belgian artists Élodie Antoine and Léo Gillet during their respective residencies at neimënster. All three work with textiles, exploring personal and shared mythologies, nature, memory, and the future, while maintaining clearly individual artistic voices.

Aurélie d’Incau deepened her research on caregiving systems in the intergenerational project Liewen, carried out with her mother. Through artistic and ritual dialogue, they use tapestry as storytelling around grief, memory, and healing, also experimenting with new exhibition formats.

Léo Gillet draws inspiration from folk tales related to the forests of the Ardennes, industrial landscapes, and personal mythology. Under the title "Inhabiting the fir forest", his textile works invite immersion and reflection while exploring the relationship between humans, the environment, and the Ardennes forest.

Élodie Antoine presents "Extinction Lace", a monumental lace hand-embroidered onto aviary mesh, depicting various endangered bird species. This work evokes ornithology, fragility, and protection, while highlighting traditional lace-making techniques.
