Parent-Child Workshop – Healing Hugs
1 hour 15 minutes – 1 hour 30 minutes to strengthen the bond and bring more tenderness into everyday life
Hugs are not just about arms wrapping around each other. They can be glances, words, shared time, breathing together.
This parent-child workshop invites participants to explore different forms of healing hugs, physical or otherwise, through games, rituals and moments of deep connection.
For whom?
Parents and children from age 4, who wish to share a warm moment, strengthen their bond and discover simple tools to soothe, reassure and reconnect.
On the agenda
- Contactless connection games (gaze, breath, soft mirror)
- Exploring healing hugs: words, silence, laughter, creativity
- Parent-child activities to soothe, reassure and cooperate
- Creative workshop: making the “Healing Hugs” kit
- A mini reconnection ritual that's easy to do at home
