Breathe & Relax – An Introduction to Sophrology
Dynamic relaxation sessions, in French, are designed for anyone looking to regain relaxation, balance, and well-being in everyday life. Originating from sophrology, dynamic relaxation combines gentle movements, posture, breathing, and concentration to promote the release of physical and mental tensions, while developing better body awareness. A moment to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with oneself in a caring and soothing atmosphere. Participants are requested to bring a notebook as well as a pencil or pen for exercises and note-taking during the class.
