Conference - Legal Integration and Preservation of Urban and Rural Trees
Me Benoît Hartenstein will lead a conference devoted to the place of trees in the law, practical ways to better protect them, and the status of urban and rural trees. The discussion will include Environmental Real Obligations, integrating clauses for remarkable trees in sales deeds, and creating agreements between neighbors to protect trees along property boundaries.
