Show & CultureShow & CultureAs part of The Bank project by SUPERFLEX, Mudam organizes special guided tours dedicated to the architecture and history of the museum. Participants will first learn about the design and history of this landmark by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Ieoh Ming Pei and how Mudam has changed Luxembourg’s landscape. Afterwards, they will be invited to imagine the future architecture of Mudam and its surrounding park through an activity with clay blocks from the Building Your Bank workshop. Together, they will create a collective “city of banks” outside Mudam’s unique building, contributing to SUPERFLEX’s project for a permanent installation in Parc Dräi Eechelen. The presentation includes a brief biography of the artist collective SUPERFLEX, founded in 1993, known for collaborative public space projects worldwide.
Good to know
Tours are for individual visitors and small groups (maximum 5 people). Project supported by the PwC Foundation Luxembourg under the aegis of the Fondation de Luxembourg.
