The 5th edition of the Original Mirabelle Tart Competition! The Metz and Surroundings Bakers’ Union invites you to a delicious competition dedicated to the region’s emblematic fruit, the mirabelle plum. Professional bakers and pastry chefs will compete with creative tart recipes to delight your taste buds... and your eyes! The winner will receive a unique trophy, designed by the sculptor Alvaro and his team. A tasting open to the public will be held after the competition (limited places)!
