The Happy Team takes you to a very friendly little bistro with a vintage and retro atmosphere.

Located in the heart of Metz, the Bouillon Batignolles restaurant seats up to 60 people in the dining room... With a superb 170 m² terrace in summer! It's the ideal place to come and relax and enjoy the rays of the sun which warm your back, around a good local beer and an excellent aperitif board with colleagues, all in a friendly atmosphere.

This type of restaurant, the "bouillons" were popular places, which served simple, but authentic dishes! A bit like your grandmother's kitchen, if you see the genre. On the menu, you will therefore mainly find specialties from the region (and a funny touch); Free-range eggs from Lorraine, homemade beef bourguignon à la Gilbert, aunt Germaine's chocolate mousse. These are very generous dishes, with an addition that remains sweet.

Good to know

For the little monsters who haven't been good enough, the menu "I've been naughty" is made up of a salad of live slugs and snails... Or the dish "I've been naughty, I I'm deprived of dessert" ;)
