Show & CultureShow & CultureThe album HERE, released in 2025, is Boris Schmidt’s new adventure as a composer and conductor. It represents the natural evolution of his album NOW, released in 2018, with new tracks and an expanded lineup. The group performs original compositions in a melodic acoustic jazz style influenced by Boris Schmidt’s collaborations in classical and modern jazz, baroque music, and Latin rhythms. For HERE, the formation expands from a quartet to a sextet with the addition of Ana Rocha’s vocals and Martin Salemi’s piano, adding new colors with a broader palette.
