The city of Luxembourg and its fortress have been depicted many times since the 16th century. City Visions explores the topic in a fun way, as a visual experience of the city’s evolution over the centuries and from various perspectives. Drawing from the museum’s collections, the exhibition focuses on the “visions” of the city of Luxembourg – from early modern panoramas to abstract graffiti and picturesque urban landscapes. Visitors are invited to interact with the exhibition pieces and take part in activities suitable for young and old (games, puzzles and toys, tactile models, painting stations, and a creative studio, etc.). With its broad selection of images and interactive elements, this unique exhibition promises an entertaining, curious, and instructive visit.
