Founded in 1790, the Metz Municipal Band is one of the oldest orchestral ensembles in France, a heritage that still resonates today in the city's musical history. With over fifty musicians, both amateurs and professionals, it embodies excellence and transmission. Its repertoire ranges from transcriptions of classical masterpieces to original works for harmony orchestra, as well as jazz, folk rhythms, and film music.
