
On September 13, 2025, Perle Noire opened its doors upstairs at La Lorraine restaurant, Place d'Armes. Inspired by 1920s Parisian bars and the nautical world, this 30-seat bar immerses you in a world apart. Deep velvet, soft lighting, oyster shells on the walls, waiters in pea jackets... every detail exudes charm and elegance, designed to offer a unique experience.
Under the leadership of Louis Scholtès, Perle Noire continues the history of La Lorraine while creating its own universe, a place where tradition and modernity meet in a unique setting.
On the menu: signature cocktails and classics revisited by Lucas Mongenie, who transforms each drink into an olfactory composition. Beluga vodka, calvados, monoi, sherry, essential oils… everything is meticulously thought out, from acidity to aromatic balance. And the mocktails are not to be outdone: the Sparkling Caramel, with its notes of salted butter caramel, proves that each creation, alcoholic or not, is a true work of precision.
The team's big favorite: the Oyster cocktail, with its lobster oil, new but absolutely delicious!
On the menu: sharing platters, matured trout, high-end charcuterie and soon homemade oysters, to extend the experience with conviviality.

Open Wednesday to Saturday from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m., no reservations required, accessible via the La Lorraine entrance. The rest? It's up to you to discover and let yourself be charmed.
