These two workshops focus on finding and utilizing wild plants in cooking and extracting natural colors. Participants will be guided by a botanist, a chef, an expert in natural dyeing, and designers. During a botanical walk in Kirchberg, you will learn how to identify local edible plants as well as those used for color extraction. The practical part includes learning natural dyeing techniques on textiles and experimenting with cooking using these plants.
