These two workshops focus on foraging wild plants for cooking and extracting colors in collaboration with a team comprising a botanist, a chef, a dye expert, and designers. During a botanical walk in the Kirchberg neighborhood, you'll learn to identify local edible plants and those used for color extraction. Then, in the practical part, you'll conduct culinary experiments while cooking and learn natural dye techniques on textiles.
