With works by Francisca Álvarez Sánchez, Valentin Bansac & Alice Loumeau, Merve Bektas, Merle Bergers, Pablo Diserens, Kato Herbots, Locument & Grandeza Studio. This travelling exhibition, conceived and curated by d-o-t-s and produced by the Bridderhaus, explores the living world beneath our feet. It highlights the complexity of soils, the role of decomposition in regenerating organic matter, and the ecological importance of earthworms and other soil organisms. The artists and designers invite visitors to reflect on the preservation and regeneration of soils in the face of intensive farming, pesticides, fertilisers and concrete development.
